ADA ACCESS DURING CONSTRUCTION:

Please pardon the mess! During exterior construction, find accessible entry through the Truist Center Parking Garage. Enter via 5th or 6th St.

Find ADA parking on Level 1, or park on any level. Take the elevator to Lobby Level. Pass the Welcome Desk, turn left, and enter Sea Level through our interior door.

PARKING VALIDATION:

We can validate parking in the adjacent Truist Tower garage.
Before 6:00pm: Up to two hours from the time the ticket is pulled
After 6:00pm: Up to three hours from the time the ticket is pulled

Monday thru Friday: 2:00pm-6:00pm

PAYMENT POLICIES:

20% gratuity will be added to parties of eight or more.
20% gratuity will be added to any unclosed tabs at end of day.
Credit Card payments will only be processed with card present and functioning EMV or magstripe. Manually keyed entries are restricted.
